The Role – Primary Teaching Assistant
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across Key Stage 2 with their learning and development.

Work closely with the class teacher and wider support team to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
Assist with classroom management, preparation of learning materials, and small group interventions.

About You
To be successful in this Primary Teaching Assistant role, you will need:
Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare or SEN setting.
A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher) or a related degree (desirable).
Experience supporting children with additional needs or behavioural challenges.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
A patient, proactive, and professional approach to supporting pupils’ learning.
