What We’re Looking For:
• ✅ A recognised Level 2/Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
• ✅ Experience supporting pupils in KS1 and/or KS2
• ✅ A caring, patient, and proactive approach to learning and behaviour
• ✅ A good understanding of how to support the National Curriculum and individual pupil needs
