Primary Teaching Assistant – Southwark – £95 to £110 Daily Rate – Full Time – January Start – KS1 Support

  * Primary Teaching Assistant required for a KS1 class

  * Primary Teaching Assistant required from January 2026

  * Primary Teaching Assistant required in Southwark

  * Full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

The Position – Primary Teaching Assistant (KS1)

Qualiteach are seeking a patient, proactive, and dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Southwark. In this role, you will be supporting a KS1 pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them engage in learning, regulate emotions, and follow structured routines. Alongside this, you will also provide general classroom support, assisting the class teacher with activities, group work, and ensuring pupils remain focused and supported throughout the day.
