EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant

Tradewind are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join a Leigh school, working in their reception class. The role is on a full-time basis 5 day a week starting In September for the full academic year. The role is working 8.30-3.30 with daily pay rates for this position £89-£99.
As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support for children with SEN, and helping to maintain a safe and orderly classroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, as well as a passion for working with young children.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Assisting with planning and delivering activities and lessons
Building positive relationships with parents and carers
Supporting children with their personal care needs
Keeping records of children's progress and development
Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery.

NVQ level 2 qualification
Experience of working with Early Years children
SEN experience would be an advantage.
Experience of working in a relevant classroom environment
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
