This full-time role will begin in September and continue for the full academic year, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN
Help deliver engaging and accessible lessons in collaboration with class teachers
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
Support children in building confidence, independence, and essential life skills
Work closely with SENCOs and teaching staff to ensure tailored support for each learner
What We’re Looking For:
Caring, enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion for working with children
Previous experience in a school or SEN setting is desirable but not essential
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
