TimePlan Education is proud to be working in partnership with this highly regarded mainstream primary school in Hemel Hempstead, to recruit passionate and motivated Primary Learning Support Assistants for the new academic year starting September 2025.
This full-time, term-time-only position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to build a career in education or SEN, and gain hands-on classroom experience in a supportive primary school setting.
About the Role:
Start Date: September 2025
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, school hours
Salary: £85-£95 per day (depending on skills and experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, term-time only
You will be working closely with classroom teachers to support pupils' learning and development, both one-to-one and in small group settings. Your role will be essential in helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
A subject specialism or be a recent graduate
A genuine passion for working in education
Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential
A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils
The ambition to progress into teaching or the SEN sector
