This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers and students, helping to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting classroom teaching across a range of subjects and year groups
Assisting pupils with their learning on a 1:1 and small group basis
Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and focused classroom atmosphere
Working closely with the teaching team to plan and deliver tailored learning support
We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
A friendly, proactive, and patient attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for education and pupil progress
