Long Term Supply Contract
Forever Education is working with a Primary School in Watford that are looking for a full-time Primary Teaching Assistant, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3.30pm to join them from September 2025 on a long-term supply basis. This is a wonderful opportunity to support children's learning and development in a highly nurturing and inclusive setting.
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will need to be confident and skilled in supporting children with complex needs, helping them with their learning, development, and personal growth.
Ideally, you will have experience working as a Primary Teaching Assistant in a primary school or as a care/support worker with young adults.
Job Description
* Provide 1:1 support to pupils
* Help create a positive and engaging learning environment as a Primary Teaching Assistant.
* Adjust learning resources and instructional techniques to suit individual student requirements, fostering confidence and independence
* Build strong relationships with students and staff to prioritise progress as a Primary Teaching Assistant.
About you
* Available from September 2025 on a long-term basis
* Experience working with children
* Strong communication skills, patience, and an encouraging outlook.
* An Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
* Live local to Watford or within a commutable distance.
