Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Sleaford
Pay: £82.02 - £96.96 per day
Contract Type: Part-Time
Simply Education are working with a primary school in the Sleaford area who are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in their learning and make a real difference within the classroom.
What you'll do:
Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and activities
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils where needed
Encourage positive behaviour and help children stay engaged in learning
Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment
What we're looking for:
Previous experience working with children in a school setting (paid or Volunteer)
A patient, flexible, and supportive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for working with primary-aged children
An up-to-date DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
