🔹 About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils thrive - both academically and emotionally. You'll assist with lesson preparation, work with small groups or individual students, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting class teachers in delivering high-quality learning experiences
Assisting pupils with varying needs across different year groups
Providing one-on-one or small group support where needed
Helping to maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment
Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil engagement
🔹 About You:
Previous experience working with children (in a school or educational setting preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) is a plus but not essential
