This crucial support position involves specalising in the academic and emotional development of pupils, primarily in Early Years (EYFS) or Key Stage 1 (KS1). Key Responsibilities Delivering essential in-class support to young pupils. Actively promoting positive conduct and socialisation skills. Essential Requirements Established previous experience as a Primary Teaching Assistant is mandatory. Proven background working within the Early Years Foundation Stage or Key Stage 1. Possessing a naturally caring and encouraging style when guiding primary-aged pupils. Excellent capacity to build rapport with children, colleagues, and parents.
