🧑🏫 About the Role:
As a Primary Support ETA, you will:
* 🎓 Support learning in the classroom - Assist teachers in delivering fun and inclusive lessons.
* 🤝 Provide individual or small group support - Help children reach their full potential.
* 🎒 Encourage positive behaviour - Foster a calm and engaging learning environment.
* 🧰 Prepare and organise resources - Support the teacher with daily classroom activities.
* 🍎 Support beyond lessons - Supervise pupils during lunch, breaks, and transitions.
✅ What You'll Need:
* Experience working with children or young people (preferably in a school setting).
* Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent).
* Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C or equivalent).
* A positive, adaptable, and approachable attitude.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
