Salary: £95 – £105 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking caring and reliable Primary Teaching Assistants to join schools in Mansfield. This role as a Primary TA is ideal for someone dedicated to supporting pupils’ learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant:
Assist with lesson preparation and delivery under the guidance of teachers.
Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils to reinforce learning.
Help manage classroom behaviour positively and consistently.
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and educational development.
Prepare and organise learning materials.
Monitor pupil progress and report observations to teaching staff.
Requirements for Primary Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting is desirable.
A calm, patient, and proactive attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
A Full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any employment gaps.
