Pay Rate: £88.94 – £104.84 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join schools in Cleethorpes. As a Primary TA, this is an excellent opportunity to provide valuable support to both teachers and students in a dynamic classroom environment.
Responsibilities as a Primary Teaching Assistant:
Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons to students across the primary age range.
Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with varying learning needs.
Assist in classroom management and help maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
Help to implement differentiated learning strategies for students with additional learning requirements.
Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Help with the monitoring and recording of student progress.
Requirements for Primary Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A nurturing and flexible approach to working with students.
A valid enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
A full, up-to-date CV with explanations for any gaps in employment over the last 10 years.
