Job Description
Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Principal Asset Surveyor to work with one of our Local Authority clients in London.
* Developing and implementing a range of asset management initiatives key to the delivery of the Council’s transformation program such as an ambitious disposal program
* Providing asset advice across the operational property portfolio.
* Managing all aspects of strategic asset management, including developing the efficiency of our assets, exploring options and opportunities to create value (including the disposal and acquisition of operational assets) and maintaining optimum effectiveness of operational property.
* Working closely with our diverse range of internal clients to strategically plan and manage the portfolio.
* Disposal and acquisition of property and supporting wholly owned Company arrangements.
* Deputising for the Strategic Asset Manager as required.
