Are you an experienced Principal or Associate Engineer looking to take the next step into Design Management within the fast-growing Data Centre industry This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading consultancy that is delivering some of the most high-profile and technically complex projects in the sector.
The Role
As Design Manager, you will:
Lead the design and coordination of MEP systems across large-scale data centre projects.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design excellence, compliance, and timely delivery.
Act as the key client interface, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Oversee project workflows, reviews, and approvals to the highest technical standards.
Support business growth by contributing to bids, proposals, and strategic initiatives.
About You
Strong background in electrical or mechanical building services engineering.
Proven experience at Principal or Associate Engineer level within building services.
Prior exposure to data centre projects is essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Chartered (or working towards) status is preferred.
