Principal / Associate Transport Planner - Nottingham
Location: Nottingham
We are working with a well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy with an excellent reputation for delivering intelligent, cost-effective solutions across transport, civil, and infrastructure projects. With a strong presence across the UK and a growing footprint in the Midlands, this firm is expanding their transport planning capability in Nottingham - and they're looking for a driven Principal or Associate Transport Planner to lead that charge.
This is a unique opportunity to help grow and shape a regional team, take ownership of high-profile projects, and play a key strategic role in business development and client engagement.
What We're Looking For:
A strong track record in delivering technical reports for planning and development projects.
Detailed knowledge of local and national transport policies, and modelling tools including Junctions 10, LinSig
Skilled in highway/access design and able to use AutoCAD effectively.
Familiarity with GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar) and active travel planning.
Previous experience in client management, project delivery, and team leadership.What's On Offer:
