Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulations
A multidisciplinary consultancy with a fast-growing Principal Design service is offering the chance for a confident Architect or CDM Principal Designer to take on more responsibility. You will lead and support on a wide variety of project sectors, as you work with an experience team.
Very few Architects or CDM Consultants can mitigate both CDM and Building Regulation risk, if you fit this category, the this is the perfect chance to not only extend your Principal Design skillset but fast-track your career progression. It is a great time to be joining this business.
The Role
The successful Principal Designer for CDM and Building Regulation will mitigate design stage Health & Safety Risks, and support with the management of Gateway processes.
The Person
The Principal Design suitable for this role will have demonstratable experience within a CDM and Building Regulation Principal Design role.
The Principal Design Director suitable for this role will be registered as an Architect or have relevant Building Regulation competency via CABE, APS etc.

The salary is negotiable dependant on your ability and experience but as a guide:
