The Role
As Principal Designer, you'll take charge of CDM compliance across landmark projects, from modern city developments to large-scale regeneration schemes. You'll collaborate with architects, surveyors, and project managers to embed safety through design from concept to completion.
Your day-to-day:
Deliver Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015
Lead design risk management and provide expert safety advice
Engage directly with clients, contractors, and design teams
Mentor junior colleagues as the Manchester office expands

About You

Requirements:
NEBOSH Construction or equivalent
Proven understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations
Consultancy experience preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
