This design-led consultancy is looking for an experienced Principal Designer to influence early-stage design on some of the region's most exciting projects. You will work closely with architects, acting as a hands-on Principal Designer who can embed safe design principles from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead PD services across commercial and residential projects

Influence early design decisions and identify design risks

Facilitate design workshops and risk reviews

Work closely with architects, engineers and clients

Produce PCI and safety documentation

Must-Have Requirements:

PD experience with a design-focused background

Strong understanding of architectural or engineering design

Relevant H&S qualification (NEBOSH / IOSH / APS)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Collaborative approach and strong attention to detail
