Key Responsibilities
Deliver full PD duties on complex developments
Review design risk and guide design teams
Attend project and design coordination meetings
Produce clear, accurate CDM documentation
Support growth of the PD service
Must-Have Requirements
Strong Principal Designer and CDM background
TechIOSH/GradIOSH or APS (or working toward)
Confident stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of design-stage health and safety
