Job Description
An industry-leading consultancy with a strong national presence is looking for a skilled Principal Designer to join its growing Nottingham team.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of developments - from commercial and education projects to regeneration and mixed-use schemes - working with an organisation known for its quality, culture, and professional standards.
Responsibilities:
Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015.
Advising clients and design teams on compliance and risk.
Reviewing and coordinating pre-construction information.
Supporting business development and mentoring colleagues.
Requirements:
NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
Sound knowledge of CDM Regulations.
Consultancy experience preferred.
Benefits:
