Job Description
An award-winning Construction Consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal Designer to join its expanding Birmingham team. As the Principal Designer, you'll be the driving force behind design safety - working closely with architects, clients, and contractors to identify risks early, provide expert advice, and shape safer, more efficient design solutions. What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Principal Designer within a consultancy environment
Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and design risk management
NEBOSH, TechIOSH, IMaPS or similar qualification preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ambition to grow, lead, and take on new responsibility
