๐น Lead the design and delivery of electrical services on medium-scale building projects
๐น Manage project finances, timelines, and resources
๐น Provide technical mentorship to junior and graduate engineers
๐น Engage with clients and other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery
๐น Prepare technical specifications, reports, and drawings
๐น Support quality control and project reviews
๐น Work with BIM and other industry design tools
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ:
โ๏ธ Proven experience in building services electrical design
โ๏ธ Previous experience at Senior or Principal level
โ๏ธ Excellent communication and team leadership skills
โ๏ธ Chartered Engineer (or working towards) with IET or similar
โ๏ธ Experience with healthcare projects is a bonus
โ๏ธProficient in relevant software (e.g., Amtech, Dialux, Revit)
