Job Description
Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Principal Nuclear Safety Engineer, to be engaged on a permanent basis, with hybrid working and based in Barrow-in-Furness.
You will be deputising for the Build Assurance Manager when required. The role involves leading or supporting safety engineering activities during build and commissioning phases, acting as the Intelligent Customer for safety documentation and technical advice. You'll assess the impact of changes against design intent, develop solutions to emergent issues, contribute to compliance reporting, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
