I am looking for a Principal Officer for a busy repairs and housing team to work on behalf of the council in the Charnwood area.
As a Principal Officer in the Repairs and Maintenance Team you will ensure the team compliance records are kept up to date, order materials and mange the day to day operations of the team.
The Team Leader will receive:
£25 P/H
Long run of workThe successful candidate will be expected to:
Manage a team of construction trades and oversee Health and Safety
Manage productivity and performance, deal with customer queries and concerns.
Manage a team of up to 20 people.
Work to a high standardYou will need:
Driving licence
Relevant management experience of a similar calibre.
To ensure KPI's are met throughout the team.
