Senior Operations Leader - Multi-Site Management
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Operations Leader to oversee multiple sites within a critical public sector contract in Wales.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
This role involves leading operational delivery across several locations, ensuring services run efficiently, safely, and in line with contractual requirements. You will work closely with site-based teams and stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
Lead and develop site managers, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
Manage budgets and business plans, ensuring financial targets are met.
Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support smooth service delivery.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices across the portfolio.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in multi-site operations.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Knowledge of facilities management or similar operational environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
