The Role:
As a Principal Planner within the Cardiff Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile projects, including strategic planning, development management, and project coordination for various private and public sector clients.
Our client is committed to attracting top-tier planning talent and is seeking a seasoned professional with the following attributes:
MRTPI qualified
Commercial mindset with the ability to apply planning knowledge effectively within the wider property context
Exceptional analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, energetic, and driven to excel and continuously develop professionally
Confident in client-facing situations and skilled at managing projects from inception to completion
