 Principle Project Lead
Responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of Engineering Project Leads (EPLs) in the execution of all engineering aspects to deliver fully engineered and certified programs to our customers and to internal stakeholders.
Manage a portfolio of engineering projects, including NPD, customer customization, certification programs, and aftermarket initiatives.
Drive project planning, resource allocation, value management, KPI reporting, and schedule control using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
Maintain strong customer relationships with Airbus, Boeing, and major airlines, representing engineering in senior technical and program reviews.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Degree qualification + project management qualification
Confident working with technical principle engineers
Proven customer facing project management experience
Leading direct management of small teams and indirect management of project teams
