Job Description
About the Role:
Daytime Healthcare is expanding its specialist divisions and is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial 360 Principal Recruiter to head up our Allied Health Professionals (AHP) & Sciences division. You will be responsible for launching and scaling this division, managing the full recruitment cycle, and driving business development across temporary and permanent markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across AHP & Sciences roles.
* Develop and execute a growth strategy for the division, including financial targets.
* Build and maintain relationships with both framework and non-framework clients.
* Source, screen, and place qualified professionals in temporary and permanent roles.
* Ensure compliance with relevant NHS frameworks and regulatory standards.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including compliance and operations.
* Mentor junior recruiters as the division grows.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years’ recent 360 recruitment experience within AHP/Sciences or healthcare.
* Proven experience winning new business and managing delivery.
* Leadership or team management experience is essential.
* Strong knowledge of compliance and NHS frameworks.
* Office-based with hybrid flexibility post-probation.
