Job Title: Principal Recruitment Consultant

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Salary: £50,000 OTE

Contract: Full Time, permanent

Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday

Role Specification - Principal Recruitment Consultant

  * Identify and win new business opportunities across your market

  * Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders

  * Understand client hiring needs at both strategic and operational levels

  * Develop and execute sales strategies that drive sustainable growth

  * Spot opportunities for new service or product development

  * Ensure the team delivers consistently high standards and results

  * Work alongside the leadership team to shape overall business strategy
