Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant
360 Perm or Contract (2years+ experience)
Open to Senior & Principal Levels
Competitive Base salary DOE and level of consultant

AndRecruit has now been established for 1 year and is now looking for a Senior/Principal Consultant. This is a crucial role for the business but is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join at the very start and be part of the journey and share the company's vision.
This is a hybrid/remote role so need someone who is independent, self-motivated and can do a 360 role.

To succeed you will:
2 year+ previous experience working within the Engineering market
Self-motivated and Results- focused
Goal driven, ambitious and financially motivated
Resilient, persistent and determined
Thrive under pressure
Proven successful track record
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong negotiation skills
Independent but also a Team player
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Staying up-to-date with latest industry knowledge and market trends
Develop new successful client relationships through networking and cold-calling
Source the best talent in your market using networking, headhunting and selective processes
