Salary : up to £65,000 – Depends On Experience
Are you an experienced Civil / Highway Engineer seeking a progressive career move? This consultancy is currently looking for talented individuals like you to join their dynamic team. What You'll Be Doing:
As a Principal Engineer - Civil or Highways, you'll play a crucial role in leading projects and contributing to the success of the infrastructure team. Your duties will include:
- Leading the production of 3D models using Civil 3D software
- Converting 3D drawings into detailed designs
- Coordinating the production of detailed drawing and specification output
- Assisting in overseeing drawing production and verifying work quality
- Providing essential support on projects and preparing fee proposals
- Attending project and client meetings, as well as site inspections
Who We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have experience within the Aviation or Highways sector, or any background in heavy civil infrastructure such as airports, HS2 , rail , bridges or motorways . Additionally, you should:
- Be proficient in creating Civil 3D models and extracting sections and quantities
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
- Have experience in the use of engineering software
- Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of time and budget implications
