An established Structural Engineering consultancy based in West London are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join their growing team.
This is more than a technical role — they're looking for a strategic thinker, mentor, and trusted advisor who brings deep technical knowledge and the leadership skills to inspire the younger engineers and help to grow the team.
The majority of their work involves existing buildings, adaptive reuse, and structural rehabilitation, along with some temporary works, experience with these areas would be highly beneficial.
What You’ll Do:
Lead structural engineering projects involving assessment, retrofit, and rehabilitation of existing buildings — from heritage housing to commercial towers.
Serve as a technical authority and project lead, managing interdisciplinary teams and engaging directly with clients and stakeholders
Mentor junior engineers, shape internal best practices, and contribute to strategic growth in the existing buildings sector
