What You Will Do as Principal Studio Engineer:
Lead and oversee the development of engineering solutions, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and manufacturing, to deliver high-quality results
Provide technical expertise and guidance to support the delivery of innovative projects
Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

What You Will Bring as Principal Studio Engineer;
Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects for interiors (Instrument Panel and/or Centre Console)
A good working knowledge of using Catia for generating geometry and investigating designs
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams
A solid understanding of engineering principles, design processes, and manufacturing constraints
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
