As a Print Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving account growth, increasing revenue, and delivering outstanding customer interactions. A bit about the Print Account Manager position:
* Quoting and processing customer orders from your allocated accounts
* Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
* Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
* Grow relationships with existing clients
* Carrying out artwork checks and ensuring smooth production
* Monitoring orders through to successful delivery
* Driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention
About the successful Print Account Manager:
* 3+ years of print Client Services / Sales experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Detail-oriented and organised mindset
* Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
* Knowledge and understanding of various print technologies (Digital, Litho, Large Format) etc.)
* Collaborative team player
