Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Print Finisher to join our print production team. The Print Finisher will be responsible for the final stages of the printing process, ensuring all printed materials are finished to the highest standard and delivered on time. This includes cutting, binding, folding, laminating, and packaging printed products.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate a range of finishing equipment including guillotines, folders, laminators, binding machines, and stitchers
*
Ensure printed materials are trimmed, folded, and finished according to job specifications
*
Carry out quality checks at all stages of the finishing process
*
Package and prepare completed jobs for dispatch or delivery
*
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the finishing area
*
Perform basic maintenance on finishing equipment
*
Accurately complete job sheets and update production records
*
Work closely with printers, designers, and dispatch staff to ensure seamless workflow
*
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Print Finisher or in a print production environment
*
Good understanding of various finishing techniques and equipment
*
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
*
Good manual dexterity and physical stamina
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Flexibility to work overtime or shifts when required
Desirable Skills:
*
Experience with digital print finishing
*
Knowledge of large format or specialist finishing techniques
*
Basic troubleshooting skills for machinery issues
