Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Large Format Print & Finishing Operator to join our busy and fast-paced production team based in the Weston area.
Please note: Due to our location, access to your own vehicle is required.
What We Offer:
* Salary from £28,500 per year
* Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
* Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate wide format roll-to-roll and flatbed printers
* Use a range of print finishing equipment, including laminators and automated cutting machines
* Maintain high standards of quality control across all jobs
* Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production flow
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a large format print environment is essential
* Strong knowledge of print and finishing processes
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Reliable, punctual, and a proactive approach to work
