Private Client Solicitor – (2+ PQE, STEP Preferred)
Location: South West London
Salary: Competitive, DOE
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Are you a driven Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years PQE, looking to specialise in Wills, Trusts, and Probate? STEP-qualified or willing to work towards STEP? This is your chance to join a respected team.
Manage Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, LPAs, and Trusts. Exposure to high-net-worth clients and complex estates, with support for STEP qualification. High-quality caseload ensures hands-on experience and career growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Estate Administration.

Advise clients on tax planning and asset protection.

Draft and manage LPAs and other client documentation.

Support business development initiatives.
*
Work closely with senior team members on complex cases.
Requirements:

2+ years PQE in Private Client law.
*
STEP qualification preferred or willingness to work towards it.
*
Strong technical knowledge and client care skills.
*
2:1 degree preferred.
*
Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
