Role | Private Client Legal Assistant
Experience | 6 months+ experience in a similar role
Based | Hoddesdon
Offer | £24,000 - £28,000 + fantastic benefits (depending on experience)
We’re currently working with a fantastic company who are looking to hire a Legal Assistant to join the firm’s busy Private Client department based in Hoddesdon.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the team with the administration of Trust matters and ensuring the smooth running of client files.
Typical duties would include:
* Opening and closing client files
* Ensuring all AML requirements are met
* Preparing invoices and reviewing statements
* Liaising with HMRC and the Land Registry as required
* Providing day-to-day support to the wider team
About You
* Previous experience in Private Client or Trust Administration is desirable
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* A proactive, professional approach with a willingness to learn
