Job Title: Private Client Fee Earner
Location: Solihull (Office-Based, Full-Time)

About the Role:
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Private Client Fee Earner to join a leading national law firm at their brand new, modern, and vibrant Solihull office. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take the next step in their career within a busy, high-quality private client team. This is a fully office-based role, providing an excellent opportunity to engage with a high volume of walk-in clients and build strong client relationships in a highly client-facing environment. You'll be working closely with the Head of Private Client, gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of high-value and complex matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including (but not limited to) Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration
Delivering high-quality legal advice and service to a diverse client base
Maintaining and developing client relationships through excellent communication and professionalism
Supporting business development and contributing to the continued growth of the department
Working collaboratively with senior colleagues and the wider team
Requirements:
Previous experience as a fee earner within a private client team is essential
NQ solicitors and experienced paralegals are encouraged to apply
Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
A proactive and professional attitude with strong organisational skills
Confidence working independently and as part of a busy, fast-paced team
