Position: Full-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join a well-established and supportive Private Client team at our Southwell office.
The Role
You will work closely with Solicitors, providing high-quality support and assistance across a broad range of matters. This varied role will give you exposure to:
Drafting and assisting with wills
Probate applications and estate administration
Advising on and supporting the creation and management of trusts
Preparing lasting powers of attorney (LPAs)
General client care and file management
About You
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Private Client Paralegal (essential)
Strong knowledge of wills, probate, estate administration, and LPAs
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
A commitment to providing exceptional client service with empathy and professionalism
