Private Client Solicitor — Position Overview:

Manage a private client caseload with genuine client interaction
Lead a private client team comprising a senior consultant and two paralegals
Handle high-net-worth estates
Full-time, office-based role in the firm's South West London office
Strong opportunities for development within a growing practiceKey Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor:

Managing a private client caseload, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and administration of estates
Managing the private client team, comprising a senior consultant and two paralegals
Dealing with high net worth estates
Providing high-quality, client-focused advice throughout
Using the firm's Care Management System to progress mattersRequirements of the Private Client Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in private client work
Demonstrable experience managing a private client caseload of wills, LPAs, probate and estate administration
Experience dealing with high net worth estates
Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team
IT skills to operate a Care Management System
