Nicholas Howard have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a small and growing Law Firm with a focus on wills, probate and estate planning. We are open minded to both full time or potentially part-time candidates, but will need a minimum of 3-5 years post qualified experience and an interest in this area of Law.
Working with a small practice, as part of a wider company group, this role represents a great opportunity for broad exposure to all aspects of client facing work, but equally with it we need genuine team players. Whilst there is admin support, the role is best suited for candidates who like end to end process, are comfortable in fee earning activity and relationship management, equally happy hands on with maintining of files and case management. With the nature of the work, we would ideally also be looking for candidates who are comfortable working on financial matters, or with excel, coupled with managing fee earning opportunities and billing procedures.
As the company and the team continue to grow, the role will also present opportunities for continued career progression and development moving forwards
