This is a full-time, permanent role, suitable for someone looking to take the next step in their legal career. You will handle a varied caseload of private client matters and must demonstrate experience in the following areas: * Estate and Care Fees Planning * Wills and Will Writing * Lasting Powers of Attorney * Court of Protection * Trusts and Trust Administration * Probate and Administration of Estates * Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments * Charities * Deputyship As a Client, they actively support career development and encourage candidates undertaking STEP or other qualifications to apply.
