Our client is seeking a Contentious Probate Private Client Solicitor 2 Years' + PQE - you will benefit from hybrid working schemes, medicash health plan, death in service plus a lot more.

You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals and families, providing expert legal advice and representation on a wide range of contentious issues.

Experience for the Private Client Solicitor role:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in contentious probate matters or a related area of law.
You must possess in-depth knowledge of the legal frameworks governing wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance, including the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
You will have proven experience in managing contentious probate matters and complex litigation.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients.
You will be client-focused, with a strategic, solutions-driven approach.Benefits:
