Job Description
Service Care Solutions is working alongside a growing high-street law firm, based in Marlborough, which is seeking an experienced and skilled Private Client Solicitor to join their team of experts in providing exceptional service to their high-net-worth clients.
ROLE: Private Client Solicitor
LOCATION: Marlborough – hybrid
SALARY: £60,000 to £80,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor role:
Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including but not limited to: Drafting wills, Estate planning, Trust creation and administration, Probate and estate administration, Powers of attorney and Tax planning.
Provide an expert service to existing clients whilst also driving business development for new clients to the firm.
Supervising Paralegals and/or trainees as required.Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor with a practising certificate in England and Wales.
Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client work.
Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including wills, trusts, probate, and tax law.
Familiarity with legal technology and case management software.Benefits included with the Private Client Solicitor position:

Support to complete STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) qualification or other relevant qualifications.
