Job Description
Service Care Legal are working alongside a well-established Scottish law firm, located in the historic heart of Stirling, who are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative department that prides itself on delivering a first-class service to its clients.
The Role: As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for a varied caseload involving:
Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
Administering Executry Estates and Trusts
Preparing IHT forms, Executry Accounts, and associated financial documentation
Taking client instructions and managing files from initial contact to distribution
Supervising and mentoring Paralegals and Trainees
Ensuring compliance with tax and legal deadlinesThe Ideal Candidate:
2+ years PQE in Private Client work within a Scottish law firm
Solid knowledge of Executry, Trusts, and Estate Administration
Strong drafting, organisational, and client care skills
An enthusiastic team player who can work autonomously
Passionate about Private Client law and delivering high-quality client service
Committed to staying updated with legal and tax developmentsWhat’s on Offer
