This is a key time to come on board. The firm is investing in its newest office in Banbury town centre, and they're looking for an experienced senior private client solicitor who’s ready to take a lead role and help shape the team’s future in this location. Managing a caseload of private client matters including Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney Dealing with Administration of Estates Attending to clients in the office or in their homesWho we’re looking for: Suitable candidates are likely to have: Qualified status – solicitor or chartered legal executive, with 2-3 years’ or more PQE Sound experience of running a private client caseload including wills and probate matters, inheritance tax planning and estate administration Excellent communication skills and the ability to treat clients with sensitivityWhat’s on offer?
