Are you an experienced face to Face fundraising, or sales manager looking for the next step in your career? Marie Curie is looking for a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager manager to grow their industry leading in-house operation by opening a new region in the northwest of England.
This is an amazing opportunity to use your knowledge of Private site fundraising to start and grow your own region.
Marie Curie Nurses and healthcare professionals provide expert end of life care for any illness both within the comfort of a home and in hospice. We’re here for anyone living with an illness they’re likely to die from and provide support to those close to them.
As the regional manager for the Northwest, you will be responsible for building a new region of fundraisers to help fund Marie Cuire’s work. Ideally based in Manchester, you will be responsible for all aspects of setting up, and the day to day running of the multiple teams in venues across the Northwest of England.
Duties will include:
* Interviewing and hiring Fundraisers
* Initial core skills training
* Identifying and training team leaders
* Ongoing motivation and Training
* Regular 1-2-1's with managers
* Monitoring and driving all KPI's
* Payroll
* iPad management through Evergiving
* Fundraising in the field with your team
ABOUT YOU!
All applicants must:
* Have a proven track record of working as a private site fundraising or field sales manager
* Ability to run a multiple team region
* Ability to analyse and drive results
* Interviewing and training skills
* Have a passion for the work Maire Curie do
* Have an excellent fluent level of spoken English
